Please read this entire help file before using the mail system.
This mail client works only for those with POP3 recieving accounts and/or SMTP sending accounts.
Each button on the left side represents a folder. The following is what the buttons on the left side do from top to bottom:
Inbox: This is where new mail messages are stored for viewing. If the button's text color is blue then there are new messages waiting that have not been viewed yet.
Outbox: This is where any unsent messages go just before being sent. If there are messages unsent in the outbox the button's color will be blue. Press the "Snd/Rcv" button in order to have these messages sent and moved to the "Sent Items" folder.
Sent Items: This is where any sent messages go and can be deleted or forwarded from there. This button's color will always be black.
Drafts: All unfinished messages will be saved to this folder until finished. Once messages are finished they will be moved to the "Outbox" folder in order to be sent. This button's color will always be black.
Contacts: A listing of people that you know and can easily send mail to them without having to remember any e-mail addresses.
Setup: This is where the Mail Center is setup. There is a maximum of three accounts. The script will check and send mail every 10, 30, or 60 minutes whether the Mail Center is open or not. The signiature option is good for those who like to leave a signiature, but it must be in a file.
Snd/Rcv: Press this button to send any messages in the "Outbox" and check mail on all accounts that are setup. This is merely faster than waiting for the normal check and send that the script does every 10, 30, or 60 minutes depending on how it is setup.
Notes:
For a menu of options be sure to right click on this window each time one of the buttons on the left side is pressed.
There is currently no support for multiple address sending, multiple address forwarding, file attachments or carbon copy (CC).
The first mail account must be setup in order to send or recieve anything.
When replying to, or forwarding a message, you will not see the original message. It WILL, however be added to the end of your message when sent.
